Over the past 25 years I have represented hundreds of individuals as a result of injury, brain damage or death caused by a negligent party. These cases have arisen due to car, truck or motorcycle crashes; nursing, doctor or hospital negligence; faulty products, falls taken on another's premises, animal attacks or injuries occurring on the job.

I have extensive trial experience in both workers' compensation cases before a judge and in front of a jury as in most civil cases.
