Personal Statement

Over the past 30 years I have represented hundreds of individuals as a result of injury, brain damage or death caused by a negligent party. These cases have arisen due to car, truck or motorcycle crashes; nursing, doctor or hospital negligence; faulty products, falls taken on another's premises, animal attacks or injuries occurring on the job.

I have extensive trial experience in both workers' compensation cases before a judge and in front of a jury as in most civil cases.

Because we have been able to hold the negligent parties responsible for their carelessness, my clients have been able to receive payment for their medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and loss of enjoyment of life.

My goal is to provide my clients with an honest assessment of their case, continually keep them informed on the progress of their claim and obtain a fair and reasonable settlement for their losses.
