![]() Terrence J. Salerno has over 25 years experience assisting personal injury victims. An accomplished litigator and client-oriented advocate, he has represented clients involved in litigation in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and Tennessee due to serious, life altering injuries and trauma. Terrence J. Salerno received an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, that organization's highest rating of legal ability based on a survey of other practicing attorneys. Terrence J. Salerno received his law degree in 1979 from Creighton University Law School in Omaha, Nebraska. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of both Iowa and Nebraska and has also been admitted to the federal court in Nebraska and the Circuit Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. Terrence J. Salerno is a member of both the Nebraska and Iowa bar associations and is a member of both the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association and the Nebraska Trial Attorneys Association. He is presently on the Board of Directors for the Nebraska Trial Attorneys Association. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and was president of the Nebraska Chapter from 1993 through 1995. He is also a member of the Association of the Trial Lawyers of America. Terrence J. Salerno has been invited to speak at professional education seminars presented by the Nebraska Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and at seminars presented by the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys.
