Danny Leavitt
Danny Leavitt assists clients in all stages of personal injury litigation and appellate litigation. Terry Salerno
Terry Salerno graduated from Creighton law School in 1979. He is licensed to practice law in both Iowa and Nebraska He has been admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States, The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, The U.S. District Court of Nebraska and Iowa, along with the State Courts of Nebraska and Iowa.
Terry was the past president of the Nebraska Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates from 1993-1995, and he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys for over 20 years.
Terry has been a speaker at numerous legal seminars. He has received an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell and selected for Super Lawyers every year since 2014.
For the past 30 years, Terry has exclusively represented individuals injured due to the negligence of others. Although he has primarily represented individuals in Nebraska and Iowa, he has also handled litigation in Kansas, Missouri and Tennessee.
Terry’s focus has always been on helping his injured clients obtain the best possible recovery so they can move forward with their lives.
