Terrence J. Salerno

With over 30 years of experience assisting personal injury victims, Terrence J. Salerno is an accomplished litigator and client-oriented advocate. Salerno has represented clients in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and Tennessee with serious, life altering injuries and trauma. 

Education

In 1979  Terrence J. Salerno received his law degree from Creighton University Law School in Omaha, NE. He has a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Salerno practices law in the state courts of Iowa and Nebraska and has been admitted to the federal court in Nebraska and the Circuit Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. He received an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating of the organization based on legal ability.

As a member of the Nebraska, Iowa Bar Associations and Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys Salerno is dedicated to providing you with quality representation. Terrence J. Salerno is also on the Board of Directors for the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and from 1993 to 1995 was the president of the Nebraska Chapter.

Danny Leavitt

Danny Leavitt is an associate attorney at the Law Office of Terrence J. Salerno & Associates. Danny
assists in all stages of civil litigation and appellate litigation. He earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Brigham Young University. He earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2014 with a Certificate in Litigation. While in law school, he served as a summer law clerk at the Second District Court of Utah. Danny participated as an editorial member and published author of the Creighton International & Comparative Law Journal. He also participated in the AAJ trial competition, as well as ABA Arbitration and ABA Negotiation competitions. He earned the CALI Excellence for Future Award in Appellate Advocacy. Upon graduating law school, Danny was officially inducted into the Order of the Barristers, as well as becoming a recipient of the Honorable Lyle E. Strom Scholar in Trial Advocacy. He currently serves as a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and a board member for the Nebraska Appellate Law Section. Beyond serving his clients, Danny enjoys speaking and writing about all stages of litigation.
